RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Need to return or exchange your item? We're happy to help!
We accept returns and exchanges on orders within 30 days of the delivery date.
Returns can only be made on items ordered through BartBridge.com. We cannot accept returns on items purchased at partner locations or from vendors at our in-person markets and events. Thank you for understanding.
Returned Items :
- Must be in New/Unused condition.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- When sending back your item for return/exchange, please include the name on the order, the order number, and any reason for the return on a note included with the item. Once we've received your return in unused condition, we will issue the refund back to the original form of payment - or send you the requested replacement.
If your order is wrong, or there was a defect in the product on arrival, please email info@bartbridge.com within 72 hours of delivery, with a photo of the damaged/incorrect item you received.
If you'd like to exchange an item, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return the original item to us. Your original order must be within 30 days, and the item you are exchanging should be in unused condition. Please include your order number and a description of the item you'd like to exchange it for. Once we receive the item, we will make the exchange and ship to the address on the original order.

If your tracking information has been marked as delivered, but you have not received the shipment, please reach out to the shipping provider with your issued tracking number. They will have the most accurate information on the location of your package.
