What is the difference between : Flat Brim vs Low Profile
The flat brim style hat is what you see on our standard collection. These come in black - unless otherwise pictured on the product page. The brim is flat with mesh backing, and an adjustable snapback strap.
Our second style option, the Low Profile, also has a mesh backing and adjustable strapback, but with a shallower crown and a slightly curved bill. This style is shaped more like a "dad hat". The low profile hat tends to fit smaller heads a little better. This hat only comes in one color : a Denim fabric with cream mesh backing. All low profile hats are made to order, and only available through our website. Please have patience as these may take longer to ship.

When will my hat arrive?
We try to get your hats into the shipping process as quickly as possible, most hats will ship within 5 business days - but not all. This depends on if the hat you’ve chosen is in stock and ready to ship, or if it needs to be created and sewn. Please be patient, as we are a small team. If it has been longer than 2 weeks since you placed your order, please email info@bartbridge.com with your order number and concern.

Can I get it in a different color?
Sure. We only stock our designs on our standard black flat brim, but we do have a couple other color options (subject to availability).
To place an order for a color hat - please order by adding the black flat brim style to your cart. You will use the "Add a Note" section at check out to write: " I would like (Design) on a (Select Color) hat". We'll sew up the correct combo for your order! These orders may take longer depending on the sewing queue.

Do you make custom hats?
We do not make one-off customs or small batch orders of custom designs. This takes a lot of time and effort to design each one, and is not cost or time efficient for our small team. Thank you for your understanding. If you are interested in creating a custom design patch hat for your company, brand, large event, etc. - our minimum order is 200 qty, and we have a selection process for deciding which projects we take on.

Why does my hat look different than the one picture on the website?
Oops! Sorry about that! We are constantly designing, re-designing, and changing colors here at in the workshop. If you didn’t get the right hat, please let us know so we can correct this. Please note, that for various reasons some designs or color schemes may be discontinued, or out of stock. If we can’t correct your order with an exchange, we will issue a refund.
